PME Turkey’s custom-engineered End Caps are precision-built components designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of plastic and composite pipes. These caps — including our 1600 mm diameter models manufactured for El Nour Company (Egypt) — combine strength, adaptability, and long-term reliability, meeting the highest international testing standards.
They are constructed using stainless steel (304 / 316L) or galvanized steel, ensuring durability under high-pressure testing conditions. The adjustable gasket design provides perfect sealing for various pipe diameters, making them suitable for PE, PP, PERT, and PEX pipes from 800 mm to 2600 mm.

The PME Turkey End Cap system represents a new generation of pipe sealing technology developed through in-house R&D. Unlike conventional pressure caps that require hammering or external pressing, this design incorporates a screw-driven clamping system, ensuring a uniform, reliable seal every time.
Each unit features a special multi-lip gasket that adjusts automatically to pipe irregularities, maintaining full airtight sealing even under fluctuating pressure. Thanks to its hydraulic compatibility and easy-mount configuration, operators can assemble and dismantle the caps quickly and safely.
All sealing components are made using high-resistance silicone and rubber compounds, suitable for extreme conditions. These end caps are specifically optimized for hydrostatic endurance testing, conforming to TS EN ISO 1167 and ASTM D1598–D1599 standards — making them a trusted solution in laboratories and production testing facilities worldwide.
