The MONO LDPE 120 W-1600 Heavy Duty Film Machine is an advanced extrusion line engineered for high-capacity LDPE film production.
Designed for industrial-scale manufacturing, it supports film widths from 2300 mm to 2700 mm and thicknesses between 0.020 mm and 0.300 mm, delivering exceptional quality and consistency.
With a powerful Ø120 mm screw, the system reaches an impressive output of up to 600 kg/h, making it ideal for heavy-duty packaging applications.
It features both fixed and rotating die options, an adjustable height up to 12 m, and a flexible tower configuration (fixed or rotating).
