Product Description:
Steel Air Shafts are precision-engineered components designed for efficient and reliable roll handling in film, paper, and foil processing industries.
Manufactured in lengths from 300 mm to 6000 mm, each shaft is produced from cold-drawn steel pipes with special alloy compositions to ensure maximum strength and stability.
Available in standard diameters of 2.5”, 3”, 4”, and 6”, these shafts are coated with hard chrome or zinc plating for superior resistance to corrosion and wear.
Each shaft head is made of hardened steel (50–55 HRC), customized to meet specific technical requirements for torque, speed, and load performance.
Before delivery, every unit is subjected to comprehensive sealing, strength, and dynamic balance testing, guaranteeing consistent operation and long-term durability under industrial conditions.
