Product Description:
Aluminium Air Shafts are high-precision pneumatic shafts designed for film, paper, foil, and flexible packaging industries, where lightweight construction and durable performance are essential.
Manufactured in lengths from 250 mm to 6000 mm, these shafts are made from special alloy cold-drawn aluminum using the rib extrusion technology, ensuring high rigidity and excellent balance.
Each unit is hardened to 100–115 HRB for enhanced resistance and performance.
For superior corrosion and impact protection, all shafts are coated with a 25-micron anodized layer and protective varnish.
The shaft heads, made from special hardened steel (40–55 HRC), are tailored according to customer-specific technical drawings, then chrome, phosphate, or zinc plated for additional surface protection.
Before shipping, every shaft is tested for sealing, strength, and dynamic balance, guaranteeing reliable performance even under high-speed operations.
