The Granulate Extrusion Machine is an advanced recycling and reprocessing unit engineered for high-efficiency plastic granulation.
It is suitable for a wide range of materials including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, ABS, XPS, PC, OPP, and PS, ensuring consistent pellet quality across various polymer types.
Each machine is custom-designed, with special attention to screw geometry, degassing, and filtering systems that remove trapped gases and impurities during extrusion.
The machine’s ceramic heating system delivers high thermal efficiency, while pressure-sensitive filtration ensures extended operational life.
It includes both manual and PLC control systems for ergonomic operation and continuous process optimization.
