Product Description:
The Plastic Pelletizing Machine is an advanced underwater granulation system designed for efficient polymer pellet production.
In this system, molten polymer exits through die holes and is immediately cut into uniform pellets by rotating blades under temperature-controlled water.
This process allows instant quenching and solidification, ensuring consistent pellet size and shape.
Pellets are then transported through a water-circulating channel to a centrifugal dryer, where they are dried and directed to a classifier for final processing.
The system offers adjustable granule size control via inverter settings and ensures long operational life with high-hardness knives (56 HRC DIN 1.2379).
All parts in contact with water are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing resistance to corrosion and extended durability.
